Recently I purchased 9mm ammo at a very attractive price. Unfortunately the shipping charge was so high it all but cancelled the low purchase cost. Plus it took 8 days to get the ammunition. I could have purchased it locally and had it when I needed it for nearly the same cost. When I emailed customer service and informed them why I would not be placing any more orders with you I received a somewhat curt reply acknowledging receipt of my message. If I was a valued customer would it have been a bad idea to offer me a discount on a future order to try to keep my business? As it stands now I have unsubscribed from Gun Mag Warehouse and will not be placing any more orders. And lastly getting daily solicitation via email was becoming quite annoying too.
