What a pleasure to see that Janet & Debbie are back on track with an intriguing mystery from the past in “When You Wish Upon a Star”. Please don’t let the Whistle Stop series degenerate into a “cozy mystery” series where the ladies investigate modern day crime and interfere in police business.
