Only problem is that I do not understand how to register the product online. I am 75 years old and not that computer literate.

I am happy with the original order of my pluggable air purifier. After having used it 3 months or so, I need to replace the filter, and I wanted to order the aroma oil pads. . . . but they are no longer available, aroma pads, for a product that I just purchased a few months ago. Very disappointing, such a small item to keep in inventory. I loved using the aroma oil together with the purifier. Now I am not sure I even want to reorder the filters. . . . . .

Staff was extremely helpful. . . great service.

I always like to have a new filter when it is time to replace it.
