I follow the steps for the lifetime warranty but it didn't work. I did it three times

Fast shipping and good communication.

I tried several times, over and over trying to contact a live person to make Guard Dog aware that the Titan was received damaged. Your AI system was only interested in trying to sell other products and telling people the hours of operation and that either customers are calling during hours of closing or that there are so many disgruntled customers that you must leave a number to be called later. Frustration made me decided to take the loss and not to trust this company!

Don't buy from this company. They failed to honor a purchase i did from them. They sent it to an address on haverhill st. When my address is is east haverhill st. They ask at end of putting your credit card info if mailing address is same as billing address. And of course I put yes. I end up at that address knocking first then banging on door for 40 min. Till I finally call police. I show police pics that fed ex sent me where you can clearly see its these people's door same stains on cement next to package and garbage bin. Police talk to residents in that house. Who denied receiving package nd also stated someone else may have took it. Complete lie cause it was a side door off the street so no one from the street could see the package. Officer tells me ain't much he could do without warrant to enter there property. And sent me on my way. I got in contact with guard dog, and the operator or agent. Blamed me for putting wrong address when I know I didn't. Then tried to blame fed ex. After going back and forth with the lady for like 20 min I decided to let it go cause my peace of mind is not worth 180 something dollars. The company can keep it with the lost of one customer and the thieves at that address can keep the bags. I went and got my kids different Christmas presents, And life goes on. I just didn't like how thus company tried to slide out of taking any culpability for what occurred in these transaction. And now have the nerves to continue hitting me up to purchase from them again. Like I said peace of mind is more important god bless all parties and happy holidays
