I understand that I made a early morning Valentine’s Day order but my girlfriends mom found the flowers sitting in a garbage bag outside the house at 3AM… why not wait and do the delivery the next day? I even reached out and called them and got no response

I was amazed today with how outstanding the customer service was. I ordered rose petals and last minute realized I needed one more pack. I reached out and GTA Flowers was able to help me right away. Not only was the rose petals fresh and looked amazing but this company is filled with people who have amazing hearts. So grateful for them today.

I ordered the flower and did not get delivery at all. I emailed and called but no answer also. They charged me but no service at all

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day last year and everything was fine….This year they never delivered them and wouldn’t respond to my email or answer the phone….Now I have to file a report with Visa to get my money back….Thanks for the lousy service….

Customer service I can’t get through to no one I had a order to be delivered today and it has not been I can’t get in touch with anyone to know if it’s on the way or if it will be delivered today at all it’s 5:39 pm

I got the flowers for my daughter's birthday. It was delivered on time and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. She loved it and brought a smile on her face to make her day special.

I left a 3 star review because the product received did not look like the photo and was unhappy. Came back after 2 days, guess what the review magically disappeared! You've just lost a customer and I'll be sure to tell my friend about it in social media.

So impressed with both the quality of the arrangement and the speed in which it was delivered! Thank you so much! Only ordered it at 1:00 and it was delivered 4 hours later. Great service and quality product.

No doubt the delivery was on time and the flowers good but I was disappointed that it hardly lasted a week especially the roses

I placed an order for 2 bouquets for Mother’s Day several days in advance and they didn’t arrive. I called and they said it should arrive by 6pm... I called again they said maybe by 8pm. The flowers never came! This is so disappointing and unprofessional. Had they advised me that they weren’t going to deliver I would have made other arrangements.

This is probably the worst flower delivery company I have ever dealt with. I placed my order a week in advance, and was promised that it would be delivered for Sunday. I called multiple times to confirm the order, and the person I dealt with refused to give me a confirmation. I’m beyond upset, still not have received my flowers. Will never use this company ever!

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, called few time during the day to say flowers hasn’t arrived they kept saying in their way , the last call was at 7:00pm and someone answered saying it might not get their on time and didn’t care that we are still waiting, he said if it doesn’t get their by 8 it will be delivered the next day. Poor customer service, person did not care. Do not buy from them, not reliable.

i ordered a vase of flowers to come in and they never came. I tried emailing and there was no answer and i also tried calling and there was also no answer.

Orderd 2 days in advance, but flower is not delivered on target date, if ever; beware of what you're paying for!
