I purchased an order on 7/9/26 and it never arrived. The tracking shows a label was created and my item is still sitting in NC where it generated from. I called x 3 over a few weeks (Line is only taking a message) I text and wrote to company x 3 over the last few weeks. I place a second order several days ago, and as of today 8/11/26 it shows a label was created and has not moved. Very frustrating. As a business owner I find this unacceptable.

The product (Jet - Pro Active Wear) cannot be peeled off without breaking; it cannot be removed. I couldn't use it. I want to return it.
