I'm very satisfied with the service (a very nice person answered my questions). Less so for delivery outside the UK (delivery date changed at the last minute and lack of information on charges and taxes from the delivery company).

Ground Truth is such a great company that makes premium quality products that are environmentally friendly as well! I want to buy more products from Ground Truth in the future!

Following my recent order there was an error in the process and the wrong product was advised to be out for delivery. At 10pm at night I emailed to let the team know, within minutes, I had had an email back confirming it had been corrected and resolved. The product arrived two days later and I live on an island off the south coast! Amazing service and products, I have this and one of the back packs. Quality, sustainability and service - genuinely best I have ever experienced. Really impressed.
