Customer service is absolutely great, they went above and beyond to handle a lost shipment. But I must say that so far these are comfortable but not worth the price of admission in my opinion. Maybe that changes at some point but I’ve been wearing them for a few weeks and while they are comfortable I’m willing to bet there are just as comfortable options at a fraction of the price

best insoles i've ever tried. I bought one for my running shoes and one for my cleats and havent had better comfort. . would definitely recommend if you're looking for insoles that actually work and are comfortable, made for you!

Great fit and product. Kinda funny doing the scanning with the app but it works very well! Great presentation when the box arrives and great quality. Easily moves from shoe to shoe, and now my wife wants some!

It felt weird at first after a lifetime of having no arch support, but now I can’t imagine going back to a world where I’m not constantly walking on clouds. Would highly recommend to anyone who has feet, whether you think you need them or not. Worth every penny

Pretty good insoles. Fits well into sneakers and matches my foot. Only downside is it slips forward when putting on a shoe so it takes a little to get it into the correct position under the arch
