I'll admit, it took me
I'll admit, it took me two uses of this product before I realized how effective it was. The first time, I wasn't sure what it was doing for me, but that was because I didn't know what I was doing in terms of skincare. The next time, about a year later, when I had a better idea of what I wanted and how each product worked, I realized, let's try it again. It worked exactly as I wanted it to. It plumped up my skin, hydrated it, and removed wrinkles. But the thing is, this serum takes a while to see results and it's a gradual process. You have to use it consistently. EGF is considered a milder but equally effective alternative to retinol. The only problem is that because it's so gentle, it takes time but, right now, I can't live without this serum. I use it at night and the milder retinol in the morning (with sunscreen of course). My skin used to be overly sensitive to retinol, but the EGF helped rebuild my skin barrier so that I could start using retinol. Nonetheless, I won't be giving it up because this serum is a big part of the foundation of why I'm so happy with my skin. If you imagine skincare as building blocks, then it's the foundation, the key to the rest. I use this method of skincare because it calms my skin the most, doesn't irritate it, and leaves it clear, glowing, and plump. Very happy with this serum!
