Used twice and looking forward to using it again tomorrow. Pleased with purchase . I chose against buying the cover as it wasn’t waterproof which is frustrating as I like things to match.

This is the perfect BBQ for our family of 4 as there's just the right amount of space to cook everything we need for a delicious meal. I particularly like how the Grillstream cooking grids collect the fat and route it away from the flames, so there are no flare ups. It was also easy to assemble using the clear instructions and I'd happily recommend one.

From placing the order to the delivery all was smooth running. The delivery guys were polite and placed the boxes exactly where I asked them to. Due to inclement weather it's only been used once, but it met all expectations.

Purchase experience was easy and slick but had issues with delivery as order had not been processed at factory for nearly a week. Once contacted by phone everything was sorted and order dispatched, delivery company kept me informed of date/time of delivery and everything arrived as stated.

Good system - maybe should include the conversion kit in the package to give the option of large grill area from the start.
