The video is taken from an ATN scope at 30 yards. The deer head was frozen, I wasn't sure if the Umerex had enough kick to put down a deer. The resulting hole was the size if a quarter and an inch deep. So yeah I can ethically take a deer.

I can’t get a pattern of less than 4” with these slugs. I’m shooting .30 cal gauntlet @ 50 yards . Now the boat tail 78 grain slug is more than very accurate. I also purchased the 48 grain and 65 grain slugs and I can’t hold a pattern of less than 4-5” n them either @ 50 yards.
