Overall a nice experience. My only suggestion is on the exchanges. It would be great to offer the ability to have the new item ship right away and then get the refund for the original item once it actually arrives. Waiting to ship the new item once the return arrives makes for quite a long process when trying different sizes. There are plenty of pants I would like to try but I know it might take me a few tries to get the sizing right. Which means it could be over a month long process and just doesn’t seem worth it.
