I love the sleep tincture, it seems to relax me and promote sleep almost immediately when I take it right before bedtime. I have used this product for several years, and for me, I think it is fabulous. Please do not discontinue this product. I do not receive the same effects from the Sleep Jellies as I do from the Sleep Tincture. The Sleep Tincture seems to promote a deeper and more restful level of sleep.
