Ordered in advance, wrote down when I needed it in hand, paid extra and the product didn't get here in time!

I ordered a dress blazer jacket for my sorority cluster meeting from this company. When I received the dress blazer jacket, it was poorly made and I could see through it. I immediately asked for a return for my $62. The company told me I could receive a 50% refund or 100% store credit. I don’t want a store credit because of the quality of their product. I ordered online so I had no idea until it arrived. Now I can only get back $31 of my money! I would give this company 0 stars if I could. So buyers beware of this fact. I am trying to help someone else from being deceived.

Purchased some fraternity shirts from the site and the size was not what I wanted. Customer Service was able to get me returned and processed in a flash! Greekgear will definitely get my money again.
