Love the service and the shop. I'd encourage ground floor staff to approach customers as the enter the shop and offer use of the lift. That felt like a lot of stairs on a hot day with a toddler in tow and a backpack on! I was given access on the way down with the aforementioned 'luggage' and my purchases.
