Shoes arrived fast.

I was looking for a nice pair of loafers to wear on my vacation and stumbled across these. I’ve bought sneakers from Greats before so I knew I was getting great quality (no pun). I opened the box and it was love at first sight. The one thing I would recommend is to order your true size. I order a half size smaller and they are a little tight. I’m opening with more wear they will break in. I’m planning to order the navy pair next.

I appreciate that your team ultimately offered an exchange, gift card, or refund for the Royale 2. 0 However, I was disappointed that my concern about the stitching/padding issue was not initially acknowledged and that I was advised to trim the excess material myself. For a premium sneaker, I expected better quality control and a different initial response. While I appreciate the resolution options provided, the overall experience could have been better.
