Tracking was very disappointing. I immediately received an order number but never received a tracking number. Several days after the order I followed up and was told my order was still being processed and should be in, in about 1 week. I was very disappointed with that information. The next day my product was delivered!

For the last several years I have been using another brand of collagen, which is still great but I thought it was silly to be buying from another company when I have been buying grass fed gelatin from Great Lakes Wellness. I added the collagen to my last auto shipment and was impressed with the quality! It dissolved nicely and was slightly finer than the other brand. Cost was comparable but the ease of adding to my monthly auto shipment is great! I use it every day in various beverages and haven’t had any issues.
