Always a great experience

They were unique and quality but the shipping was hideously expensive for how they were shipped and packaged. The printed perforated sheets fell apart when picked up, which considering they are measurement tools for the mouth and jaw, doesn’t seem too sanitary. The ROM measures are individually quality, but I would have rather they arrived as a precut set of 100 individual pieces neatly boxed like business cards would be. Instead what I got was kind of messy and wasteful for the final cost.

So far the night guards are too too too tight. Patients complaining a lot. Occlusion is fine but retention too much.
