Excellent Company!

We have four little dogs and the company graciously cuts the bones for us so they are more appropriate for our dogs! They constantly have Nordstrom type customer service!!

You won't find a better company. Customer service is amazing, if you write them an email with a question they will get back to you almost immediately. Your package will arrive in a couple days. So far out of all the products Tide has tries he's loved them all. He has loved them all and I feel good about giving them to him because of the high quality and knowing where they were sourced. Knowing your product is coming from the US from smaller farms not huge commercial farms also is a plus. You can't go wrong with Great Dog

My 2 yo JRT was in need of more chews. Specifically gullet & trachea. I decided to look for another company that source and manufacture all products in the USA. 1st of all, being in Hawaii I need to make sure Company ships to Hawaii. MOST only ship to 48 contiguous states leaving us with limited options. After researching, I've found Great Dog Co and the many options of quality chews. Bought 7 different chews. ½ femur being one of them. Since this will be my dogs 1st ever dog bone, I've decided to try this out 1st. I'll say she LOVES it! She didn't know what to do with it so she liked it clean and eventually started gnawing. With so many negatives on bones, I'll say GDC's femur has NOT splinter. Which is a plus. I will be purchasing from GDC in the future. So please keep Hawaii on the list.

Carrie in customer care support went through great lengths to get the mail service to wake up and hustle when my bully sticks were circling in cities , and finally delivered. Great Dog is one of the only US companies that sells Bison chews. My dog loves them. Cannot beat Bison pizzle, scaps and achilles tendons. Dog loves them and I love them.
