I hosted a 4th of July party and wanted to do something different. I love cooking over a live fire and decided to do this with my Argentine style grill. A low and slow grill over moderate heat (250ish). 2 hours silver skin/fat side down until the top side is warm to the touch. Turn and finish to desired temp. I let it rest for an hour. When we cut into it my guests were amazed on how juicy it was. Totally blown away by the taste and tenderness. Will buy again

Grand Western Steaks usually deliver premium products. I have had no issues in the past on a few orders, however FedEx dropped the ball on this one. Got the steaks and lobster tails a day late and was forced to cook immediately. Very disappointing to say the least.

The chateauB was amazing !! Smoked it for almost 90 minutes then finished it off on a Kamado Joe - it had a thin crispy outer layer and perfect medium rare inside - big family hit on Mothers Day
