This is the third time I have bought product from Grand New Flag. I have a pole in my yard that I bought from Phillip and because of our winds, this is the second flag I have bought. It is great and should not tear and fray like that last one. I will do ALL my flag shopping with Phillip. God Bless the U.S.A.!

I purchased this pole and bracket kit recently and installed it the day it arrived. Unfortunately for me that same weekend we had some unusually high winds (30mph). I woke up the next morning to a broken bracket. I emailed Grand New Flag about a replacement bracket. I received a reply immediately and was sent a replacement. Also in the email reply was a suggestion I upgrade my bracket due to the unforgiving Las Vegas heat. Needless to say everything was seemless from the beginning. Great customer service. I even received my replacement bracket with a hand written note. Definitely five star service!

Our city has strict restrictions when it comes to flag poles. I bought what I thought I needed. It ended up being too short so I con texted Philip. He sent me another section. It is easy to mount in the ground and very sturdy. I have the stars and stripes and the Gadsden flag blowing proudly in the breeze. I added a solar light to the top and it is wow. Made in the USA! We ordered an American flag a few months ago, and loved the quality product that we received. We just recently ordered another American flag and a New Mexico state flag. I had to call as the state flag is a special order and leave a message, but was contacted very quickly. The gentleman that I spoke with was so very helpful, and actually saved us quite a bit of money (we were planning on ordering flags that were a little too big). We plan on ordering all of our flags from Grand New Flag in the future.

Overall a great product, and perhaps the best option for the money if you are looking for all American-made products (and why wouldn't you be, especially for something like this?). I will be recommending this site and these products to anyone looking for flag products. I was worried that the "dark gray ABS" ball top would be an eyesore, but it is painted a gunmetal chrome, and looks very nice without adding unnecessary weight to the end of the flagpole. I did opt to purchase a cast aluminum bracket from this site to use instead of the HDPE bracket included in this set, as I was mounting the bracket on brick and was concerned that the heat from the sun and bricks would make the plastic bracket flex or warp. I also might have preferred the flagpole be of a slightly heavier gauge steel (26 or perhaps even 24), but I recognize that this would make for a heavier pole, which would in turn might necessitate the heavier bracket and stronger anchors (I used 2 1/2" sleeve anchors and the aluminum bracket, so this would not have been an issue). I also like the idea that another reviewer had of using set screws instead of the thumbscrews for the flagpole for a cleaner look. All in all, I consider this set to be an excellent value for the money, in addition to be American-made in its entirety, and am very happy with the value and service from this site. That being said, if a "deluxe" set were available with set screws in addition to the thumbscrews, a slightly heavier-gauge pole, and the aluminum bracket, I would gladly have paid a premium for it.

It's been 2 years since I lost my son, a highly decorated Marine Combat Veteran. I've been looking at flag cases off and on since his death waiting until I was emotionally ready to display the flag I was given at his funeral and finding one made in America. When I found the Grand New Flag website, asked a question of the company and actually got a prompt reply from the owner, I knew I wanted to buy from them. Delivery was prompt and the 15% veteran discount as well as 5% of annual proceeds going to a Veteran organization were icing on the cake. Excellent service, very pleased with the quality of the beautiful flag case.

I purchased a 2 position cast aluminum bracket to replace a store purchased one that broke on Memorial Day (of all days) While searching Amazon for a replacement, one reviewer suggested "Grand New Flag.com" Well made, light weight bracket w/ 3 mounting holes and hardware included. I happened to use longer screws and anchors mounting into brick face. Quick shipping too. Makes perfect sense to me to use American made parts, poles, and flags to display our flag and our pride. I wanted to wait until we had our flag up for awhile before I reviewed it. I ordered the Defender 17 foot flag pole late Monday afternoon and received it Thursday. I was very impressed with the prompt delivery. The flag pole and flag appear be high quality. We've had ours installed since a few days before Memorial Day 2016. It's beautiful! I would highly recommend purchasing a flag pole from Grand New Flag. We have some pretty strong winds at our house. The Defender Flag Pole is holding up nicely. I'm sure we will have many years of enjoyment from it. I would like to post a couple pictures but I don't know how!

Good quality. Been hanging on the front porch since we've received it. Has not faded and the colors have not run. Would purchase from GNF again!
