When we first got our Lumi we were having trouble navigating through the menus and connecting to our channels. We contacted tech support and told them what we were experiencing. It turns out that there was a glitch with our remote connecting to the Lumi so as a solution for our problem, they offered to send us a ROKU stick free of charge to get us up and running. It came like two days later to our front door and has totally solved our problem. This GREAT service and they went above and beyond what was necessary to help us. So far lots of movie nights for our daughter in her room with sleepovers! Thank you!

My Daughter loves it! Had a small problem with Disney+, but the Roku your fabulous Customer Care team sent, got us right back to watching “Descendants: The Rise of Red”, on a loop!

I love my Lumi and the Customer Support Is Amazing the Best I have Ever experienced, I give them a 10 Star rating!!! I had a small issue and customer support was on it, they responded rapidly and took care of the issue instantly. I highly recommend this projector, easy setup and a great experience. I will be using it on an upcoming camping trip way offgrid.

Killer value! Just got it and it works great! Didn't even realize it came with a free stand. Makes it super easy to adjust angle and set up anywhere. Also they're not kidding with the surround sound quality, it's actually very loud.

Awesome product! I use it every day as my home office projector. CNBC always streaming in the background and I share presentations on it when visitors stop by. After work I'll sometimes plug in to play PS5 while the wife is downstairs :)

Love this! I just received my Lumi a couple weeks ago and I'm loving it! It's so small, portable and easy to move anywhere you want to view it! Right now my favorite feature is viewing movies and special photos from my phone with family and friends. Everyone can see and enjoy at the same time! I'm only beginning to find all of the features of this! This Lumi is so light and easy to use! Highly recommend! A cool new tech in the house!

Using Lumi for our family game nights has been a blast! We project board games and trivia onto the wall, and it makes everything so much more fun and interactive.

Our daughter wanted a camp out slumber party in a tent with a movie - we thought not possible, until we found Lumi. It was really easy to set up - small and compact so the girls didnt bump it. The display was bright and looked great in the tent - even before it was totally dark. The sound was clear and a great volume for them all to hear (even with giggling). It was a total win and exactly what our daughter wanted for her birthday!

Our neighbor wanted to have a movie for their daughters birthday party, but with no TV in the house, they were panicking about what to watch it on so everyone could see - until we carried in the Lumi! I loved that it connected to their wifi right away, parents were blown away that it was like a smart TV with the Prime app loaded and ready to go, and the kids enjoyed the big, clear screen for their special Bday movie night.
