I love the colors and fit, but they are too short and then

I would rate my overall experience as just okay. While the website and ordering process were easy to use, my order arrived with only 3 of the 4 items I purchased. I contacted customer service by email regarding the missing item, which I had already paid for, but I still have not received any response or acknowledgment from the company. I understand that mistakes with shipments can happen, but the lack of communication or assistance after reporting the missing item has been disappointing. Receiving a response and having the issue resolved would have made a significant difference in my overall experience.

Comfortable socks. Love that they are organic cotton. My wife claimed them, so I'm ordering more for myself!

I have ordered another type of bright colored socks from this vendor. They are the best socks ever. Feel good colors so bright they make me smile all the time I wear them. This set of socks are different texture of socks and most of the same color. Cannot give a complete review. Until I wear them I do not feel I can review them properly. And here in Texas with 3 digit temps daily, it will be awhile before the final review can be written. I do love this seller. Responds to questions quickly and with detailed answers.

Normal customer service response so far terrible. No other words to describe. Very disappointed. Have for over a week received zero response (crickets) to now 3 emails (sent in two day intervals) asking for simple status of return/exchange. All emails had the proper order number included and still no reply. Additionally, the telephone number listed on website is obsolete and disconnected.

I'm praying these socks shrink as they do look quite big for women's 5-7!

After wearing my 97% cotton socks for one week at work, on foot for 12-hour shifts, I can honestly review that these socks are so comfortable that they are now deemed therapeutic by me! I even told my friends.

Socks are so soft. Husbands other bamboo socks are super heavy and way to much in this 100 degree weather. He says they are better. Just waiting to see if they make his feet stink really bad. They are so soft and no bulky spots. Very nice quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by these socks. They are well made and comfortable. If you want socks that don’t grab you above the ankles these are great. Yet they are stretchy enough to not fall down. I wanted to get the ankle socks too but they were out of stock so I’ll check back.

Shipping was fine, quality seemed good until first wear.
