Shipping was minorly delayed by the post office and our icy conditions - but when I got a notice stating it had been delivered and wasn’t - and then checked the tracking stated customer picked it up at 830 PM (not open then and I didn’t) - I contacted customer support and got a response from the owner in under 24 hours - how amazing is that! - if not found they assured they would make good (and I believe they would have) - and it arrived the next day - so overall - fantastic and impressed with service, delivery and items received
