Fast delivery - item was solution to my wide door frames

I was looking for a heavy bag hanger solution that wouldn't take up a lot of space in our home, or require drilling holes in our walls or ceilings. The fight station was a perfect solution and has allowed me to hang my 100 lbs bag to practice thai kicks and punches with no issues whatsoever. The best part? If we have company coming by, I can easily take down the Gym1 and heavy bag, and place them in a closet out of sight- something you can't do with a traditional heavy bag stand!

Our 2 1/2 year old loves it. Rather simple assembly. Only thing is that it seems the base is either a little too wide, or the trim in our house is unusually smaller, as the base hangs off a little. It's still super secure, but I was a little confused by this at first.

The Gym1 is probably one of my best purchases yet. The kids just LOVE it. Whether they just walk by and try to do one or two pull ups or swing and climb rope. They fight over who goes on and what to use! Glad this one really is handy! Time to get myself on it.
