The machines seem to be working great. There has been a few monitor issues with the C2 Bikes that we are keeping an eye on. Not sure if it is a factory issue or maybe from the rain at the competition.

Great products from a Quebec company, some improvements possible on business processes
The products are really good and it is a Quebec company: that's why you come to Gorila. On the other hand, the follow up once you placed an order on the website is lacking (I.T. mistake on the Web-ERP-Integration side of things). Inventory/purchasing is not optimal: I'm still waiting for a shirt 2 months after ordering.

Overall, my experience has been OK (but not great). Web site can be problematic. Videos need work. I would order more equipment but your 'order timelines' are too long. 3-4 weeks would be acceptable but 10 weeks for some items is far too long!

Almost Perfect
Have had my rack for about 6 weeks now. Using it almost daily. Was quite a chore setting up as its located in my basement under a window, so the location of the stringer had to be adjusted. Workmanship is pretty good, but there are some small improvements that could be made. Numbers for the holes would be useful when adjusting the j-cups. Plastic caps for both ends should be provided as well.

Great customer service. I picked up my bands, had to drive around a bit to find the location and pick up door though, clearer signage in front and around back would streamline pick ups.
