There must be silicate in this eye lift. It became pastey as the the day progressed. I was so disappointed

It works better then anything else i have tried

This product does reduce eye baggage. But, you need 2 follow up with either a portable fan, or a hand held one. This will make the product more effective. This aside, yes, it does work.
