After ordering, I tried on multiple occasions and in multiple ways to speak to a customer service agent after the delivery company lost my package. Nobody ever responded to me. Thankfully someone in my neighborhood found the package and got it to me. The sunglasses are fine, nothing special. I’ll never order another pair after my experience and would never recommend the company to anyone.
