I typically order from target directly, last time I was making my pasta I realized the box was missing the cheese packet. I sent a DM to the company on insta not thinking anything would come from it. They had me send an email to the Goodles team to make them aware. They sent me SIX boxes as a replacement, which honestly was above and beyond. I love this brand and that interaction just solidified that fact.

I was shipped the wrong order, but the company sent me the right one right away. Granted, one of the 12-packs expires quickly, and I'm not a fan of the flavour. Generally, I had a good experience and will continue to buy Goodles as it's a way better option than other mac and cheese.
