Great purchasing experience

Super fast response from the factory with all my questions.

I am a Ski Patroller and longtime Goode pole customer. I used to suffer from thumb pain every year near the season's end and then tried a pair of the G-Carbon poles due to the advertised built in shock absorbency of Carbon. I have had the poles for well over 15 years with no more pain. I liked them so much I bought a backup pair and have never used them because I've found these poles are virtually indestructible. I've replaced a collet, the tips and the baskets, but the fiber pole and handles have held up beyond all my expectations. Thank you and continued success.

Aussie returning to the ski fields after a 25yr break ; Volkl skis is were the wrong shape, Koflach boots crumbled but my GOODE Carbon poles looked as good as the day I stored them, I don't need to buy them again. Good on ya GOODE.
