I’ve been really impressed with GONG. Based in the UK I was a bit concerned about importing and customs but this was handled seamlessly via DPD who contacted me with an easy process to pay for import duty and delivered within a week of ordering. The value for money is incredible cutting out the middle man, their online how to and buying guides are excellent. When my goods arrived I was blown away by the quality straight away with things like the bags and accessories, let along the actual gear. I’ve been involved with a variety of water sports for over 20 years and have plenty of experience buying often expensive equipment. Will definitely be using GONG again.

Absolute great company. Everything is organized beautifully. The site is done very well. The shipping is always spot on and the customer and repair service are great. And the products are of great quality for very decent prices especially compared to other brands.

It is easy to order gear from Gong if I in Europe. Sadly shipping cost are much too high if want to order from Asia. 100€ shipping for just a 28€ T-shirt send to Thailand is far too expensive.
