The ‘large’ size is too small for several bulky items as advertised eg 2 or 3 sweaters. The fabric is heavy and over engineered. Expensive for the usefulness

It's only a little bigger than my old bag but fits much more thanks to its clever engineering.

Well I keep outgrowing my camera bag, as I add new kit photographing disabled sports, It started with 1 camera and 1 lens, now I have 2 mirrorless cameras, 2x pro lenses, a 1. 4 convertor, a specialist tilt lens, 6 batteries, 16 memory cards, care kit and a host of small video items, plus cables and leads and must not forget the iPad and MacBook air etc. When I was at the Paralympics i had two bags, far to much to carry around as I walk with a walking stick, Now off to Milano for the Winter Paralympics and needed a rugged one bag and this on at 35L has room to expand, however when all my kit is in there it only weights 9. 5kg under most 10kg limit for airlines. So this will be coming with me at all times and when i get a new photo item I know its going to fit without a problem. Love it so far.

I've very mixed experiences with Gomatic. My first bag arrived in a box and branded PM bag in mint condition, my second bag the Luma arrived in a state missing items, returned it and received one in a box and bag. I recently ordered another PM bag only to receive the product late and once again, in a tatty open bag covered in cobwebs and dust with. . . you guessed it, missing inserts. Getting in touch has taken three days to finally be told i'll be sent a replacement. However the returns form asks for my order number to which it wont let me enter the full thing. I also have a thread of internal conversations asking the team "how can we make sure they don't receive a return" now i understand that returns must be resold but this proves your not even checking them. These bags aren't cheap, wheres the care?

This is a little too slim for my Canon 5D IV and none of the reviews or descriptions said this really should be for smaller mirrorless cameras. Also the strap is twisted and I can’t seem to straighten it and I’ve thrown the packaging away. Having said that it’s a v sturdy bag and offers good protection for lenses with a useful zip pocket both sides of the lid which is also reinforced with magnets to keep the lid closed if you forget to zip the bag shut.
