Lost item out of stock multiple email request for status

Delivery takes too long, my order has been 10 days, called UPS 3-4 times, yesterday told the package will be arrive soon, but end up never showed up, and then told me the package not load on the deliver truck. I wanted to pick up for my holiday golf trip but been told not possible. Delayed to July 6. Terrible experience

Cart Bag does not allow proper club alignment. Beautiful bag but putter always has to be placed on inside of bag while playing. Just not smart at all.
