I ordered a shop worn Callaway elyte 5 wood thinking it was in stock and ready to ship. I waited a week and it hadn’t shipped so I was starting to wonder what the problem was so I called. They had made a mistake and did not have one with the particular shaft style I ordered in stock and I was told they had to order one from Callaway. Long story short, because they accidentally advertised to have something in stock that they didn’t, they made it right by ordering me a brand new wood from Callaway and shipped it at me paying shop worn price for one. EXCELLENT and that’s why I will be a repeat customer.
