Club came from France. Click and collect was not available, which I prefer.

I saw on your website a set of golf irons that I fancied. So, I drive down to your store and asked to look at them. When I asked to see them I was told that I couldn’t because they weren’t there. “So where are they?”, I asked. “They’re in France, you should have ticked the UK box at the bottom of the website. ” was the less than helpful reply. “Can you get them sent over from France, seeing as they feature on your website?” “No” was the response. So, I returned home, looked on your website (where the clubs I wanted obviously featured and ordered them (apparently from France). They were delivered four days later by FedEx at the standard delivery charge of £6. 96. The staff at your Chessington site were singularly unhelpful and someone needs to have a word with them.

Bought a Qi35 7 wood which was flagged as good all round but on receipt needed New grip and the face was marked quite a lot , I feel it would have been a fair at best. Other than that the system worked well on the purchase.
