Been a customer for several years and I'm leaving another review (previous 5 stars as well) because of the once again exceptional service I received. Placed an order last week and all went well until it was discovered there was an address error. Rather than saying we'll just inform the carrier to correct it which will delay it, George chose to resend my order via a 2 day service to insure I received it as originally intended, all at his suggestion and cost, not mine! I had sent the email late in the evening and he replied in 10 mins, then called me the next morning to tell me what he was doing! Even if they had just made the address correction and it arrived later I wouldn't have been thrilled but certainly wouldn't have held it against them. Mistakes happen it's what you do after that matters. But for him to do what he did is WHY they are better than anyone else I have dealt with (and there were a few before I settled with Goldstar) and reaffirms why I will not buy anywhere else. The coffee speaks for itself. ALWAYS high quality and fresh and I won't buy anywhere else just for that. But also exercises World Class customer service, not just talks about it like most. Thank you George and Goldstar Coffee for being a shining beacon for how business should be conducted. Least I can do is post a review.

100% Hawaiian Kona coffee is our favorite and we used to by it direct from the farm but they stopped offering it in the roast we wanted. This sent me searching and found 5-Star.
