Recently discovered goldthread from nearby grocer. As a Type 1 Diabetic, the main thing is saving TIME from having to get the herbs/ingredients manually (driving all over town) and using that saved time for keeping my daily schedule on track (exercise, meal planning, etc). Also like that Goldthread groups their tonics by category!! This now helps me plan which Goldthread tonics to have planned throughout the week for morning, afternoon, and evening. THANK YOU!!

When I received my shipment 2 bottles unfortunately were broken, the box wet. The other case was fine. I did contact the company by email to see if they could possibly replace or credit the 2 bottles and in the meantime 2 new 6-packs arrived. I’m super appreciative and shocked. That’s fantastic customer service ; I’m beyond satisfied & will continue to order with gold thread. I have told multiple employees about the products who have seen me with the tonics. I hope this company gets more and more business.

The packaging was superior, protecting the contents and yet being recyclable. I keep one of the boxes in my car so that when I Purchase soups at Whole Foods, they are snug and contained in the tiny box in my car until I arrive at home. I take out the insert for that, of course. The package arrived in a timely manner too. I am a very satisfied and happy customer, to date!
