Kanjo is respectful of your needs. I missed the email they sent me with shipping information so I reached out to them. They got back with me with the shipping information I needed and apologized for me not getting the information. I think from placing my order to receiving my order was either 4 or 5 days. I will order from them again.

Spikes too hard and plastic, took a very long time for me to receive it.

Great pain relief. Website easy to navigate and order from and I received this item very quickly! Would recommend if you want some serious pain relief.

The reason I give 4 stars is because of the customer service. They gave me a refund for the neck cushion. Which I very much appreciate because I can’t use it. It’s too hard for my nerve damage. I wish I could return the back cushion as well because it is too high for me. Kanjo has great ideas, it’s just not for me unfortunately.
