I have purchased a lot of environmentally friendly products from Go for Zero and have not found any that was not to my satisfaction. This include, non plastic food covers and containers, and bin liners. The Roll of Bamboo towel are magnificent, use, wash reuse, repeat. Have not thrown one out yet.

Overall experience has been fantastic so far. Been loving the products and the customer service is amazing.

Their product range is fantastic for getting started on a low-toxic lifestyle. Unfortunately the delivery is what let the process down. Understandably they are a third party so this is more feedback so the business knows but I ordered on the 21/4/26, I got my “how did we do?” email before I even got the order. I got the order on the 7/5/26 even though it arrived in Perth on the 30/4/26 and I live 10mins from the airport. So the delivery was a huge drag on using them as a regular due to the huge lag time.

While the item claimed to have shipped from you on Wednesday April 15th I have not received it 3 weeks later. ustralia Post say it is "late" but its one week short of a month and it has not arrived. I am not impressed. I understand that the problem seems to be with Australia Post as you shipped the item promptly but they say I need to contact you to find out what has happened which sounds like passing the buck to me. Can you help me get the item I have paid for almost a month ago?

Everything about this brand is amazing! The website is super easy to use, shipping is fast, and the personalised notes in each order are the sweetest touch. I love reading helpful reviews under each product and the amount of information the brand gives under each product.
