Absolutely fantastic product. It's my first gaming PC. It's was a breeze setting up with good instructions. I've been able to download and jump into some games with friends with no problems. The really do set up everything for you internally. The specs from conversations with tech friends are great for the price and free shipping is such a plus. Communication leading up and after purchase was really good and they answerd all my questions. The 2 things I would improve is having the specs of the PC in more detail and packaging. Thought I personally had no problems with its delivery unless there's an another layer or something, covering up the nature of its contents there is a bit risk from the post.
