Superb especially for RLS
I have severe genetic restless leg syndrome; 5 generations of my family have it. The second I lay down and relax my legs start jerking - and don't stop until I get up and walk around. It's vicious because the sleepless nights make you so tired - and the more tired you are the worse the legs thrash. Tried 20 prescription drugs from the doc, only thing that worked was narcotics; and they only lasted 4 to 5 hours. The bliss of being able to sleep for an entire 8 hours is indescribable. Thank God for the ultimate 7-OH kratom!
