I placed an order for a scooter on Jan. 18th and as of yet have failed to get my scooter, yet you took the money from my bank account. Where is my scooter????????

When I purchased this scooter, I was hesitant about the longevity of the battery. I am a heavy man (350) and have used several scooters to my dismay. Their batteries claim they will go 15 miles to the charge and sadly they start to peter out within 20 minutes. Imagine my surprise when I first got my M41 scooter from Go Round Mobility and charged it up fully. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. After riding on it for about an hour, the battery indicator was showing still full. Yes, the battery is the heaviest part of the breakdown unit, but it's worth the labor pulling in out and back in again. I even took it to a giant flea market with rough roads and hills and it pulled me with ease. When I got done after riding for several hours, Believe it or not, even after all that power consumption, the battery meter still showed full. I am totally impressed with the M41. If you are tired of false promises from some scooter companies, Buy the M41. You will absolutely love it and for a heavy-duty scooter, you won't have to have an external carrier to haul it around either. It easily comes apart to carry in a car.

I got mine a few days ago. It takes a bit of time to understand how it folds and unfolds, but once you get it really easy. I took my dogs for a ride in my community which was a bit emotional for me because it reminded me of when I had full mobility. It is a great machine.

Exactly what my hubby was looking for. Can be easily disassembled for transport and will fit in the trunk of a car. Has enough speed and drives well on uneven terrain. The swivel seat is an enormous plus.

Fits me just right, its comfortable for me to be in it for hours at a time, and budget wise worked for me. Nothing to complain about, I really like it!

Even with two bad legs, I don't have any problems loading the machine. Been very happy with my little life saver that gets me around my home and when I need to go run errands in my town. It really is lightweight when you break it down and makes lifting much easier for me. Very good machine, works great and does what I need.

Calling this baby, Ruby! I am no lightweight 5 ft 2", 265 lbs. After trying three other scooters two of which were supposed to be easily transportable I finally have one that is. I love this very sturdy but light weight scooter!

Bought mine about 8 months ago and love it... I can't drive a car since my stroke 9 years ago, but this scooter has given me independence again! Can get to about 90% of the places I need to go easily. Very happy...

I love my scooter! It is convenient, helps me to be able to enjoy shopping again. My husband also uses it and he has trouble walking long distances, especially going thru large public buildings, it's very easy to put into our car and go.

Exactly what I was looking for. Light, smooth easy riding. Able to disassemble easily and conveniently fit in the trunk or backseat.

I bought this for my husband a few months ago and we just love it. We're on 3 acres and he really enjoys being able to get around our property again on this scooter. I've rode on it too and it is smooth, battery goes for several days before we charge it again, and it has some get up to it. The EW-46 is something I would invest in again! Thanks.

As a leg amputee, I needed a scooter that would be comfortable for me while sitting. I'm a retired veteran and a senior and this EW-M41 has really worked out well for me. Fritz with Go Round was very kind to me during the ordering process, answering all my questions and helping me with financing. The scooter itself is good quality, sturdy, stable, and comfortable. Would recommend it!

The EW-M35 arrived to my home in about 8 days and as described. Came packaged really well, but the box on the outside had a few dents on it. The scooter itself was pretty easy to put together and after charging it, I was testing it out inside and outside my home. I'm a 5'8 and 190 pound man, and I fit in it with some room to spare. The seat is comfortable, the ride is smooth, although you will feel all cracks as you go. Overall, really happy with my purchase.

I’ve only had my scooter for a few days but I really like it. So far I’ve only ridden mine in the yard training my dog to run beside it before I take to the street. He’s doing good, he’ll be ready soon. The power on this scooter is amazing. I’m impressed with all the lights and audible tones. Commenting on the looks and comfort, it has both. I’m 65 years old, 5’10 and 235 pounds with a bad back and terrible lungs but I find it comfortable. I can only walk a block and I am starving for air, hence the scooter. So far I love it.

I love my EW-M40 scooter. Is very versatile and can go just about anywhere I want to go. I use it when I garage sale are the neighborhood and at Flea Markets.

This thing is a beast - in a good way. I only used 70% power and she was going 12 mph. It came fully put together and Fritz from Go Round Mobility were in contact with me the entire process and made sure I knew what was going on. Thank you, I'm enjoying my new ride!

This scooter is small, but my husband who is over 6 feet tall was comfortable on it. It's lightweight enough that I was able to assemble and disassemble it very easily, and load it in and out of the car myself, which gave the two of us much more freedom to travel about, enjoy long walks, etc.

I can handle this alone. I'm at the max 350 lb weight. It handles street handicap inclines. I've had mine for a year and a half. Makes it easy at the malls and shopping where one is not provided by the store. I love mine. It gives me a sense of security when out and about.

I'm very pleased with my Triaxe Tour. Very handy for an older person like me in my 70's, where I need to be mobile and like to be independent. Batteries are very expensive but last a long time. Easy to use, not as heavy as I first thought to get into the my vehicle, and overall a very good riding experience with this scooter. Definitely recommended, would buy again! :-)
