This is absolutely beautiful, well crafted and made. The design is perfect, however it was slightly small and thus am Australian passport does not easily slide in and out of the pocket and the card slots just slightly tight as well.

I received a different colour briefcase from what I had ordered and the colour I ordered was subsequently sold out. But my email was promptly attended to by Elly who called me and informed me about the error. She was very apologetic and offered me a free luggage tag to make up for the mistake or a full refund if I wanted to return the bag. When I asked if I could think about it, she was accommodating and even gave me her handphone number to contact her as the office was closing for the day. Was impressed with her effort and customer service, looking for ways to make up for the initial mistake.

The delivery service was amazing! I was out of the country for a couple of days but the delivery man merely dropped me a text (after multiple calls of course) and was willing to come back 2 days after when I'd be back home. Really appreciate the sincerity!
