I was happy that GMPartsOutlet refunded my money and paid for return shipping for the defective OEM part. It took some time and a few attempts to contact them and get this returned. There are a lot of defective auto parts, in general and I think the return/replace/refund process should be very intuitive, clean, obvious, and efficient. It is none of those here.

I checked several sites. Pricing was the lowest. OEM part arrived 5 days after the order was placed.
