GM Outlet Parts shipping and warehouse is in need of improvement. They lost my order then sold to another customer. Paid for faster shipping and it was still over a week late. It took 4 calls to get the cover delivered and had I not been aggressive it might never had been found. I think they are understaffed and need training to be efficient.
