I got a glow dreamer with a faulty water detector. The team replaced my dreamer within the week and responded to messages incredibly fast! So happy with the customer service and the product 🙌🏼

Fabulous customer service

Product is nice and the red light is perfect but the white noise needs to have a lower volume setting, its does everything product is advertised to do, but unfortunately hasn't helped my 1year old sleep any better.

Very quick shipping. Our band (butterfly) does have a small tear (the package was broken on arrival for the band. Other wise can’t fault anything further at this point

Initially my almost $200 order was delivered to a completely different address. Took an extra week to receive my glow dreamer. After receiving this I found that the oils sent were not the ones listed in the bundle. I emailed only to be told oils were out of stock at the time but have been restocked and oils would be sent. A week later received wrong oils again. Now I’ve been emailing to find out what’s going on and no one is responding. So very frustrating and disappointing. Will not be repurchasing or recommending glow dream to anyone.

I purchased two glow dreaming bundles as gifts for family having babies. My only concern was that I felt the packaging that the kit was put in should have had more fillers ( scrunched paper etc) as they could move within the box with nothing stopping the inside box being dinged. The aromatherapy’ bottle had come out of its packaging. Thank goodness for safety caps.

Overrated products that break or don’t live up to expectations. Cheaper options out there that are MUCH better.
