I got a frist one couple years ago, love it but not this time , even the machine doesn’t have light on I was chargers them for 2 days

This purchase was a gift for my daughter. I actually saw this product in my dentist’s office, however, my daughter does not live my area, therefore, I purchased it directly from GLO, and have sent it to her home. The package went out this week, so I’m not sure she has used it yet, however, she was excited to receive it, and anxious to use it. I also bought extra vials of whitener, so she would have plenty on hand for future use.

Excellent product. Been using for close to 2 months now and have noticed a considerable difference in my smile. My smile is getting brighter and more white.

I bought the professional treatment from my dentist for $300. Product claims to whiten teeth "up to 12 shades" after 16 minutes. I have used this for 192 minutes and the change is barely noticeable. I would not recommend. Regarding the device, it did not work properly all the time. At one point the glo device was frozen and did not turn off so I had to wait until the battery died to recharge/reset it. I called customer service, but they were not familiar with this issue. Lastly, having to hold a mouth full of saliva for each use is pretty nasty. Directions say to swallow the product, but no thank you.

Not seeing the results I was expecting. I have been using the device as instructed but I am not seeing a difference in the whitening of my teeth. Just a little disappointed especially for the price I paid.

I was purchased the glo lit system and upon arrival the power pack was defective and did not work. After attempting to reach out to anyone from the company, I still haven’t received confirmation of a new replacement to have been shipped. I want to like this company, however so far the experience has been less than desirable.

1st Didn't,work, requested replacement that one came it didn't work either i saw you refunded my money thank you. I never got a label to return kits back to Glo. The lights never came on in the power tube.
