I am so disappointed in the customer service. I ordered the retinol and the pump was broken. They told me to order another pump online and the second one was broken. then customer service told me to send videos of the broken pump. I did that and it's been a week with zero response. I also received the vita c and like the product. But hard to continue to purchase from a company with faulty parts and terrible customer service.

I ordered several products from Fig. 1 recently. One product leaked in the box. I sent them an email about it and I received a quick response telling me that a replacement is on the way! The products are great and I can’t wait to see how my skin responds. Great ingredients and love their concept. I’m a retired aesthetician, 72 years old and have always taken care of my skin. I had my eye on the exfoliating body scrub for a while and I'm so happy I finally purchased. The volcanic pumice in there feels so nice like just buy it. It also smells yummy

I love fig 1 and will be buying everyone Christmas gifts including these gift sets from fig 1. I threw out all my other skin care this outbeats them all by far.

This is the first time I've been able to tolerate retinol. Moving onto level 2 and hopeful the tolerance continues!
