Global healing products are excellent I just wish they didn't put the calcium in with the magnesium because there's already so much calcium in our water here that it's just not good for me to take too much of this so I have to have a nether magnesium which is just straight magnesium. But I would take it more if it was independent and not mixed with the calcium
