The customer service was amazing! I have NEVER had customer service like it before. My order was marked delivered but only two of the three items ordered were actually in the delivery. The agents looked into it and got it resolved quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t be more impressed with the team that handled this for me!

A bit disappointed to find out that the body lotion has changed packaging and formula. . .

I’ve been pleased with products ordered for myself. I’ve been less pleased with gift delivery. When I needed help preventing gift delivery to an incorrect (ie: outdated) address, it was difficult to reach a human. I felt that I was dealing with an AI bot. Tracking messages were frequently incomplete and not helpful…direct contact was lacking and lagged so that requests to re-route packages weren’t met in time, resulting in deliveries to the wrong (ie: former) address.

Haven't heard back from AHAVA referenced to my request.
