I love this product. It makes the skin under and around my eyes look smoother and less puffy. It helped with dry spots under my eyes. Recommend it highly!

Ahava site fairly easy to use

This is the most unique product I have ever used. Texture and absorption of cream is wonderful leaving my skin feeling nourished & hydrated. I do have sensitive skin but it does not cause any breakouts nor leave skin feeling oily. What is this secret Osmoter ingredient??

I started off trying the shampoo because I'm very particular being a hairdresser and most shampoos I hate. I love their shampoo and I absolutely love their skin care products!

I am beyond upset about the subscription service. I signed up for the service for the cleanser because of the increase in cost. Yet when the product shipped today I was charged an additional $9. 95 for shipping. Furthermore I had been told there was no flexibility of coordinating my shipment with something else to avoid the shipping charge. I wrongly assumed the auto ship would not add more shipping charges and 9. 95 is ludicrous. It doesn't cost this to send a 3. 4 Oz product. I have been using Ahava products for over 10 years and now I wonder it is worth it. One can never speak to a real person and email responses are never from the same person if you have multiple inquiries for an issue. You have no app and when I access my account from phone info is limited. I had to go into my email trash to find out why my credit card was charged so much more than the subscription price. I hesitate to purchase from Amazon as products have been known to not be genuine so I purchase direct. And applying points never works for me and customer svc needs to adjust. Maybe it is time to make a change.
