We price shopped for quite a while. Matthew and his team offered competitive pricing, fantastic customer service, always in timely manner! The only problem I experienced was a faulty transformer for the LED lights we received. I communicated that to him and received a brand new one almost immediately. It was surprisingly fast. Wonderful customer service and products! I will definitely do business with them again!

The ordering process was quick and easy. I called a few times because I had some questions and they were always easy to reach and very helpful. Time between the order and delivery was maybe a week, so they were super fast. And the wall looks awesome! I had a very good experience with GLM.

I was working in a pretty tight budget when I found GLM Displays. After perusing their site for a while, I found a product that would suit my tradeshow shipping needs. I was able to confirm via the chat that this was the best option and the rep was also able to provide me with real insight about how the container works for the GLM team. It was great! I had a hang up at check out though over the shipping cost which put the product out of my budget. I reached out to the rep on the chat and was put in contact with someone who was able to work with me to get the product shipped to me within my budget. I'm so impressed and nothing but good things to say. I think that there are ways to find other products that would have met my needs, but to have a dedicated team that can give real accounts in the moment and then help me navigate the budget restriction was invaluable. I would highly recommend this company to anybody and everybody.

Aside form the ease of use in setting up this display unit, it gets tons of compliments that our past (non-illuminated) setups never got. We used to ship a bulky, P.I.T.A. truss system that nobody enjoyed using, now we send this out on the road for significantly cheaper cost, much easier setup, and rave reviews. Great investment!

This is a great literature rack, certainly an improvement from having materials scattered across a table. Collapses down easily, opens up easily, and is sturdy and stable. Included carry bag is great too.
